Consulting work on company Management

This is my first try. But result is very good, out of my previous expectation.

It is cross  border company in running over one year. With team change, and also considering problems accumulated in the one year running, they do need some change.

Work done by two steps.

1st, find key person and encourage him to look after the project from a higher level then move all complaints into an organized flow chart. After 5 meetings ask questions, explain, further clarification, check and improve, finally we got a flow chart with details running procedure to be required to fix those main concerns.

This is a good try, and the manage team is so happy that they just moved this person to  director position of this part.

2nd, team rearrangement.  Start a position definition in details from each team member, then commend from supervisor and manager, after all this clarified, we have the team re arranged.

Now, with team at 35, a new structure in running.

With each division, responsibilities are clarified clearly. Previously , too much complaints, now they need consider their own work first before complaints.

Wendy worked on quite some projects in past over 20 years career, souring , manufacture, oversea business consulting, but this is first try on management.

Quite happy with the result.

Right personnel, clear definition of each position, better flow chart, above three is my achievement from this work.
